United Farmers Coop Lumber in George, Iowa has been building custom homes since 1992.  We have over 85 satisfied customers that are each living in their own Quality Built Home.  Our customers come from Northwest Iowa, Southwest Minnesota, and Southeast South Dakota.

There are many advantages to our build-and-move process including quicker construction time, reduced labor cost, and reduced insurance liability.  Although our contractors can build on your site, most of our customers choose to have their home built at our facilities in George and then professionally moved onto their pre-prepared site.
